Consulting

We work with dance schools, companies, and institutions of all types and sizes. If you want to create a sustainable mental health program, update your policies and procedures to reflect mental wellness, or establish a relationship with a qualified mental health professional to support your dancers - we are here to help. 

1-on-1 Coaching

If you are a dance leader, teacher, or parent looking to bring mental health awareness into your support of your dancer(s) we are here for you. We believe in seeking answers and testing assumptions. We also believe in collaboration in search of those answers. Finally, any research we participate in with be shared freely with the public so that dancers, teachers, and mental health advocates have equal access.

Minding the Gap is accredited to provide Mental Health First Aid Adult training.  

Created by the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, Mental Health First Aid USA is an evidence-based training that teaches participants how to identify, understand and respond to someone who is experiencing a mental health or substance-use challenge.
